Initial Conversation 

We start with a confidential meeting by phone, virtual or in-person, to understand your goals, timing. Following this conversation, we provide a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure all shared information remains strictly confidential. This first step helps both sides decide if we’re a good fit.

Information & Review 

We’ll review your company’s financial and operational details together, discussing performance, culture, and long-term goals. Our goal is to understand your business and provide open, transparent feedback. If both sides feel there’s a strong fit, we’ll move forward with a Letter of Intent (LOI) and a due-diligence process that moves at your pace.
